Sunbonnet Sue and Sam Quilt Scan N Cut MyDesign/IQ

If you own a Scan N Cut and either a Brother or Babylock machine which has either My Design or IQ and love to quilt then this is the class that will teach you how to use it all!

Three days, over a three week period with one week of a break to do what you learned before the next phase of the class.

First we use the Brother Scan N Cut machine to cut out all of our applique designs.  The sample shows Sunbonnet Sue and Sunbonnet Sam, but the applique choice is entirely up to you.  You could also incorporate any machine embroidered applique design where all the portions are cut out prior to creating the applique.

You will learn all kinds of tips of tricks when dealing with any and all of that while learning by using your Scan N Cut Machine.

The next week you come in and we learn how to piece things together and add sashing to increase the size and showcase each block.  Again, you will be learning by doing and there will be lots of tips and tricks which you will find very handy for future projects.

The last week we quilt our project in My Design or IQ and learn how all of that works.  

You go home with a fully quilted project front and back and all that is needed is for you to square it up and bind it.
